Relaxing apartment near beach & restaurants in quiet owner-occupied development
This well appointed top floor (3rd) apartment is 500m from the stunning beaches of Juan Les Pins. The apartment is one of fourteen in a modern complex of owner-occupied apartments, completed in 2017. The wrap around balcony overlooks the well manicured gardens and shared pool, with views over to the bay and Mediterranean Sea and offers a peaceful retreat to relax in the quiet surrounding yet very close to the sandy beaches, restuarants and bars that the local area has to offer.
The apartment is only 15 minutes from the airport and the airport bus stops at the end of the road. Local buses run regularly to Antibes, Nice and Cannes, and the train station is only a short walk away. Alternatively, parking is available in the underground garage so hiring a car is also an option.
Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all under 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is available to rent and is well situated for a peaceful base to come and explore the beautiful French Riviera.
The light and airy lounge is separated from the open kitchen by a large seated island. The well appointed fully fitted kitchen includes integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/hob and wine cooler. It is well stocked with utensils and everything you will need for cooking and enjoying the apartment. A high chair is available on request.
The living area opens out onto the large wrap around balcony with further seating area, BBQ and sun loungers allowing for a peaceful time to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
The lounge has a large sofa bed, armchair and TV unit with UK stations available. Wifi throughout.
The main bedroom has a super comfy double bed and fitted wardrobe. Again it has natural light through a large window and french doors leading onto the balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a double, and a third pull out single bed. A cot is available for either room.
The main bathroom has a large powerful shower, double sink unit, mirror, and WC. There is a separate WC & washbasin with newly installed shower/massage jets. A baby bath is available if required.
The apartment has an allocated garage underground with both stairs and lift access.
An outdoor shared pool and poolhouse is available to the guests and shared with the 14 apartments in the complex.

We are a family of five from Scotland, and love holidaying in the South of France. We finally bought the gorgeous apartment in 2017 and it is a home from home. Hope you love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
It is perfectly situated near the sandy beach, but is also very peaceful as only 14 apartments in the complex. Restaurants nearby and fantastic, and access either by car, bus or train is not a problem. We normally hire a car, but have frequently taken the airport bus to the end of the road. Local buses and trains take you to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco so there is lots to see and do for all the family. We love a day trip to Monaco, the boys like the cars and the harbour front has a great pool and diving boards. Or take a winter break and ski - we travel up to Isola 2000 every day, but there are lots of ski resorts nearby to choose from - and very quiet so no queues at the lifts.
