Best Apartment in Antibes!
The newer building is in a perfect location in Antibes with Air conditioning! Lovely front balcony with a great Mediterranean view. Steps away from shops, pharmacy, bakery, ATM, Restaurants, and a Grocery Store. Walk to Old town, Picasso and Juan-les-pins beaches. Clean and ultra safe area. The building and the apartment are very well maintained. We loved the electric shades! We enjoyed coming home from a full day of sightseeing and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. We all want to return, soon. I highly recommend this rental.
We do take pride in the way the apartment is always clean and neat.

Very convenient location, secure and the owner provides a lot of detail related to using everything in the apt prior to arrival. I will say that we had a mid-sized SUV that barely fit into the garage. The owner warns you about the size of garage. We rarely used the rental car as a result. The train and bus systems are superb so really no reason for a car. We had a wonderful family vacation and this place was a terrific home away from home.

Our stay in Antibes was fabulous. The flat was lovely. I gave 5 stars even though there were a few things not working during our stay. They were very receptive to getting them fixed so all was well. Thanks for a great holiday!

Ideal centrally located rental location in Antibes
Very practical rental location in Antibes within the comfort of a well-kept 3-bedroom apartment in a building with very tight security features, handy indoors car garage & all shops within walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, ATM, etc.). Numerous restaurants are nearby and "old Antibes" is only a few blocks away. Would gladly return to this Airbnb and not rent a car next time. Frankly Antibes has more to offer than Nice and/or Cannes which are over-commercialized and impossible to get around by car and/or find parking spaces for that matter.
We appreciate when a Guest enjoys our central location and all that Antibes has to offer.
Within a few blocks of the apartment are open market places, gardened squares, the Picasso Museum, and sandy beaches. Antibes is 15-25 minutes from Cannes, Nice, and the Nice International Airport. Monte Carlo, Italy, and the perched villages in the mountains of Provence are easily accessible. Antibes boasts one of the finest marinas on the Riviera, which handles anything from 350' yachts to small fishing boats. The resort mecca of Juan-les-Pins, known for its glamorous beach clubs and non-stop nightclubs, is within walking distance of the apartment.
The legendary Hotel du Cap, and its beach club and restaurant, Eden Roc, on Cap d'Antibes, is a 5-minute drive. Explore the winding streets of the Old Town, the countless restaurants, including the Michelin-starred restaurants in the area, the open-air antiques markets, and the amazing, daily farmers' market.
