Property was as described, and more spacious than the photos in the communal areas. The hosts communication was fantastic from start to finish always on hand to support. The shared pool was great and was never busy for the whole fortnight we were there.

Excellent stay in Cap d'Antibes

We stayed for a week in January and loved the property : excellent views on the sea, very comfortable appartment in a very nice villa, convenient layout, top location in Cap d'Antibes. We can only recommend!

Incredible views and perfect location!!

We enjoyed our time in the home so much and the only tricky part was checking out to go home :) Ebby was incredibly helpful when we had wifi issues day one and checked in on us to make sure the company got it sorted for our stay. The grounds of the home are impeccable and it's a glorious oasis aidst the beauty of Cap D'Antibes. We can't wait to be back

A wonderful location

We were staying for one week at this wonderful property. The flat was clean at arrival and property staff took care of the garden and pool during the week. Together with our youths we really enjoyed the spacious flat and the beautiful outdoor area, including the pool.

Great Location with Ocean View & Pool

Fantastic location overlooking Mediterranean sea. Really enjoyed our morning dip in the pool and walks (quite long!) down to the beach and along to the town for dinner. Had to contact the property manager for location of towels (we thought they should have been laid out), also Wifi slow by modern day standards but these were minor inconveniences in a memorable stay!

Marvelous view, lots of space and comfort

The view was just marvelous. As a family of four we could all enjoy it at every meal. Everything was very comfortable, more than enough space. Kitchen was well equipped. Only 1km from the beach, 1.8km from the bakery. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi/ TV was not working.

Wonderful place

We spent twelve days at the villa in August 2015 and everything was perfect. The view is priceless, both from the terrace and from the garden/pool. The house is very comfortable and we really appreciated it was fully equipped , very clean and good for a family with a little daughter (like us). We enjoyed a beautiful stay, the place is quiet and peaceful and very close to beaches in Antibes and Juan Les Pins/Golfe Juan. Everything was very well-organized and well-managed. I definitely suggest it for a vacation in Cote d'Azur.

Perfect spot on the Cape, great views, good space

We stayed at the villa during May 2013 with my partner and 7 years old daughter. The location of the place is perfect and sea views from the apartment and all of the villa are breath taking. There is a large terrace area with built in barbeque which was a great for eating outside during the evening and watching the sun go down. The villa is within walking distance to good beaches, Antibes and shops. Although the place is an apartment, being on two levels and having all the gardens and see view, it has the feel of a house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will do it again.

Amazing View, Gorgeous Location

The property is beautiful. The view is stunning. The pool was nice and clean. It was a good size and layout for a family of four. We had free parking on the road right in front of the gate. There is a very lovely beach about 15 min to walk or 2 min drive. We did have a few hiccups. The wifi didn’t work and the AC produced a lot of water that we had to empty at night. Also, the door to the master bedroom could not be closed and the showers could use an update and are not very accessible for larger individuals or mobility challenges. Despite some challenges, this property is a gem. I would recommend it.

You will be tempted not to stray from 'home'

We stayed at this property in early October and we were the only people in residence in the four unit villa. Having the patio and pool to ourselves was a definite plus. The unit is lovely, with the most comfortable furniture we have ever had in a vacation rental. The kitchen was not especially well equipped, but I imagine few people do much cooking when they are in Antibes. One of the reasons we tried to eat in several nights was because the view from the dining room was, hands down, the best view we have ever enjoyed. Watching the boats sail in and out of the harbor at Antibes as the sun goes down and the stars come out is magical. The unit lacked basic amenities like extra toilet paper, dish detergent etc. and did not have any information on local attractions. My guess is that this was because we were there at the tail end of the season. The location absilutely cannot be surpassed.

Perfect vacation appartment

We just got back after spending 10 days in this lovely appartment, and we had such a great vaction here. The appartment had all that we needed, and it was clean and nice when we arrived. The shutters infront of the windows on both floors made sure that it was never too hot inside, and the temperature in the appartment was very pleasent. The private BBQ area was faboulous, and we enjoyed having some dinners at home enjoying the most spectacular view of the ocean. The swimming pool was also perfect, and little garden towards the ocean as well as the garden on the other side of the house was gorgeous. Although you might share the pool and the gardens with others, this was never an issue for us, and it never felt crowded at all, even though we were travelling with 2 young sons age 4 and 8. We pretty much felt we had the whole property to ourselves, because when we were "home" others were at the beach and vice versa. The owners of two of the other appartments were there and they were really nice. The location of the house was absolutely splendid! Besides the to-die-for views from the terrace, we could walk to the nearest little supermarket and baker shop in 16 mins, and around 20 mins. walk to the best local beaches, both plage la garoupe and also plage Salis. Antibes old village is also in walking distance, and a great place to visit during mornings where there is a great food market. We didn't even have a rental car, but walked or took Uber if we wanted to visit other places than Antibes. You can also easily walk to Juan les Pins (and then maybe Uber back home:)). It was always easy to reach the owner, and she was really fast in responding, also a positive experience. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our choice of stay, and we very much plan to rent the appartment again next summer.

Great location, but be careful

This property is in a wonderful location with a great view over the water, but you should be careful before renting. We enjoyed the view and sitting on the porch overlooking the bay. However, we found out after arriving that the property next door is under construction with heavy drilling between 0900 and 1800. The noise was very loud and made it impossible to sleep late or enjoy the property during the day. We contacted the owner, who said he did not know that the construction was going on and recommended we leave the house and enjoy the area from 0900 to 1800. When we pointed out we had paid full price to be able to use the property during the whole day, not just at night, and suggested we should received a discount, he said he would get back to us. He never really did. He waited until after we left the property and then started making unfounded accusations against us, saying we had left the property a mess (which we didn't) and that we had "used the extra bedding, indicating we had additional guests." The last claim was particularly odd since the additional bedding is there for our use. We are a family of three and had three quests for one night; , the house is advertised as accomodating up to 6. We had even spoken to the house manager/cleaner about the guests in advance and she had explained to us how to use the pull-out bed. We never got a response to our request for a discount, just counter accusations against us. So be cautious with this rental. The location is indeed stunning, but the construction next door ruined the experience for us. If you have any problems you need to raise with the owner, be prepared for non-responsiveness and attempts to falsely place blame on you if you make any complaints or requests.

An amazing home in a truly beautiful setting

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The front garden is gorgeous. The back pool area is lovely and overlooks the sea, with amazing panoramic views. Inside, the dining room overlooks the same views. As one of our friends said: "it looks like a place a Hollywood actor or actress might own."

Outstanding apartment in fine location

First of all, the apartment has panoramic views, both from the lounge area and the garden/swimming pool, over the sea. In our experience it is difficult to find a rental in Cap d’ Antibes with such a comparable spectacular vista. Although the apartment was not far from the road, it is in fact remarkably quiet and restful with no audible traffic noise.The apartment is spacious, both living room, main bedroom and bathroom. It is also well equipped and all our needs were met. The situation is also convenient - it is about 30 minutes walk to Antibes and only about 15 minutes to the famous beach at Garoupe and the interesting walk around the coast. For shopping in Antibes a car would be recommended if not essential. The only let down was the garage. I was specifically assured before renting that there would be a usable garage, but the rather small garage was half full of the owner’s bric-a -brac and unusable. Any car must be parked on the road, which is quiet and looks safe, but such parking with my own valuable car always makes me very apprehensive for theft in this part of the world, and I believe that an apartment of this quality and cost should have secure parking. All in all, however, a most enjoyable stay, and a place highly recommended with only one blemish.

Superb villa

In a quiet location, with incredible views out over the sea this villa was even better than we expected. The photos on vrbo are exactly as the villa is, pretty gardens, comfortable clean accommodation ,well furnished and equipped , a lovely terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining al fresco. Good contact from the lovely hosts, and helpful information for arrival and checkin , We cannot wait to come back, it’s so lovely, and there is plenty to see and do in Antibes and the surrounding area.

Beautiful but HOT

The host is the best. Super communicative. However Antibes in July was blazing hot and this location only has a small ac unit in the master bedroom downstairs. As soon as you walk out of the bedroom you’re hot by a heat wave. It was exponentially hotter inside than outside but there are mosquitoes so you can’t open windows. We had to leave less than 24 hours arriving. Again, the host is amazing but absent putting more AC units in the apartment it’s a spring or fall rental for us.

Beautiful memories made in Antibes

Our stay in Antibes was wonderful. The view of the sea from the dining room was breathtaking. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to walks along the waterfront. We liked the fact that it had plenty of space for a family of 4, plus a pool, and gardens surrounding the apartment. They also had books, DVDs, and games for use. We did not use the kitchen but it is well stocked with whatever you may need. The communication with the property managers was quick and efficient. The information they provided about the date and gate allowed us to get in with ease. The things we would have liked better were softer beds and maybe more restaurants in walking distance. Overall, it is a nice property in a beautiful area. I am so glad they put this property on VRBO because it made us choose Antibes, a city that we now love.
