Riviera Cottage is the ideal place for families and couples of friends.

Located in the heart of the old Town of Antibes and in a quiet street, you can do EVERYTHING on foot during your stay!

Just a few steps from the house, you'll find the children's garden, restaurants, boutiques and all the shops at Place des Martyres.

The Antibes Provencal market is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to buy fresh produce during your stay. Picturesque atmosphere guaranteed!

Less than a 10-minute walk away, enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches:
- Plage de la Gravette
- Plage du Ponteuil
- Plage de la Salis

This 3 floors village house was completely refurbished in June 2023 and comprises :

Ground floor:
- 1 Vestibule (entry) for storing bikes, luggages, etc.
- 1 Bedroom with 140cm bed and private bathroom
- 1 independent entrance to the bedroom

1st floor:
- 1 modern living room with dining area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen
- 1 sofa bed for 2 people

2nd floor :
- 1 Bedroom with 160cm bed and private bathroom
- 1 storage access or the possibility of adding a 90cm bed (extra charge).

All rooms have air-conditioning.
High-speed WIFI Internet access on all floors.

Great location. Cute quaint spot. Pretty steep stairs to get to other floors. Having side door for room on bottom floor was really convenient. Have to find your own parking if you have a car.

July in Antibes !

This townhouse had everything we needed. And also very clean. It was great to just open up the shutters and hear the sound from the little cobblestone street below. The location couldn’t have been better. Old Town was at the doorstep! But a block the other way was convenient for catching Ubers. Very happy staying there for July!

A gem at the boarder of the old town Antibes

I stayed for a week with my soon 18-year old daughter in this newly renovated three level apartment. Perfect for 2-4 people who are not afraid of stairs and are ok to eat at a bar table. Apart form the fact that the combined kitchen/living room was not very big, it was very well equipped with microwave and dish washer (the only thing we lacked in the kitchen was a waste bin) The bathroom on the top floor was great. The bed room could have had some more wall hooks but otherwise it was functional. Combined washing machine and tumble dryer which we did not use. Iron and iron board was arranged upon request. The area is very calm, yet only two minutes from commerce and very nice restaurants. Very nice and helpful hostesses who communicated very promptly and seriously. I highly recommend this apartment.
