Escape the crowds in this great spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home on the west end of Panama City Beach. It is a single level open floor plan with plenty of space for friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to gather and prepare meals, and the cozy bedrooms are the perfect place to rest after a fun-filled day at the beach or an outing at one of the area's many amazing attractions.

This home is all about location! While located in a quiet neighborhood, fun is never far away. Pier Park, the hottest shopping spot nearby, is a short five-mile drive and you can’t miss it nor its renowned stores. Shipwreck Island Waterpark will grant you and your family a fun-filled afternoon while the Gulf World Aquarium offers the chance to interact with dolphins! A short drive west will find you on 30A and all it has to offer.

Great Beach Home

This 3 BR, 2 BA home is in an excellent location (2 blocks from the beach). The home is very comfortable and clean!! You can’t beat this for a beach vacation getaway!!! Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again!!!

PCF Hideaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The front porch was relaxing and rocking adirondack chairs were great! Rooms were comfortable, we enjoyed the 2 living room areas. The floors should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. We were glad to see that pest control was done, unfortunately, there were several dead pests on the floors. Other than that, the overall cleanliness was good.

Good for those travelling with seniors and the handicapped

This place was perfect for me and my parents. My parents are elderly and can not walk up and down stairwells so this place was perfect for them. Great open floor plan and the ramp on the side of the house was handy. The only complaint I had was one of the smoke detectors started beeping and had to be replaced. Location was good as it was an easy walk to both beach access point 82 and 83.

Lovely Place with perfect location

We had the most amazing stay here. It is only a 5 minute walk to an unspoiled and uncrowned beach, but a short drive to shopping, restaurants and fun like pier park. The house was very comfortable and had all the luxuries and appliances we could ask for. 100% chance we will be back.

Family vacation

Perfect Beach Home!

We were in Panama City Beach during bike week, and for those of you who may not know what that means, its THOUSANDS of Harley bikes cruising up and down the Panama City Beach strip. The home was located in the quite part of PCB, we didn't hear the bikes as much but we were a 5 minute drive from the strip where all the bikes were and we had a blast. I will add when you look on the map to see where the beach is from the house, it seems like a long walk - but we could walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less, it was absolutely wonderful. We definitely want to have another trip here and we're thinking of booking the same rental again. We did have some issues but we didn't let it ruin our vacation with family.

Awesome home away from home!!

So much space in this house. We had a great time. Close enough to the beach to walk there. It helped we also had great weather. I would definitely return! Very clean, included dish soap, laundry soap, salt & pepper, with a fully stocked (pots, pans, pitcher, plates, etc.) kitchen. Bedrooms were nice, bathrooms were modern, large tub was a plus.

Great Location & Great Setup

This place is super place to stay during your visit to PCB. You can all hang together or spread out if you want. This is the second time I have stayed here and will certainly consider giving it a third try on my next visit.

Fabulous Location

This was the perfect location for us to stay for my son's wedding in Santa Rosa. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. There was a living room with a TV and a separate living room for playing games or guitar. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should have. It was a bit too cool to really enjoy the porch and patio but they were spectacular, as well. We will definitely stay there again. Kudos to host.

We enjoyed this rental. We needed it at the last minute for a beach side memorial for our beloved aunt. Although our trip was rushed we noticed all the great things about this rental. 2 porches. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Plenty of starter supplies and dishes. Would love to visit again.
