Welcome to SOL MATE! A private cottage on a secluded lot just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. This boho cottage boasts numerous outdoor areas. Enjoy the SOLitude by relaxing in the screened-in porch, unwinding on the back deck under the palms, viewing the sunset on the upper deck which offers gulf views, sipping a drink at the outside tiki bar or playing horse shoes. There are four beach chairs, two chair clip-on umbrellas, and beach towels.

Shabby shic cottage

Wonderful screened in porch! Big back yard for my furr baby but the yard needs some TLC and it would be a perfect getaway. Easy walk to quiet beach and close to all the fun in rosemary and seaside!

Great SB getaway!!

I stayed with 4 girls and we had an amazing time! The house was the perfect fit for us! Michele was quick to respond with any questions and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Loved it! Great location, nice quite neighborhood. The landscaping makes the house very private. Short bike ride to the beach. Hope to return.

I have always loved the beach and lived at or near it. I had two properties when I lived in NJ. I am grateful to have the opportunity to own this Florida cottage and be able to share it :)

Why they chose this property

I have extensively renovated the property since purchasing it. The property is so relaxing and peaceful. Guests can enjoy the hammack swings, the back bar area, and barbecue. I also have a convenient beach stroller to pack up your things for the beach. There is a rooftop deck with a tiny glimpse of the water. There are a variety of birds and frogs that love the backyard as well! If you stay, I hope you enjoy this truly unique property that gives a perfect blend of the beach and land!
