Our townhouse is 3 miles from Pier Park, a local shopping and dining area that locals and vacationers love to go! So if you choose not to cook your own food, there is plenty around!
When you walk upstairs, you will be greeted with a bedroom on each side and another full bathroom in between. The master bedroom, at the front of the unit, offers a King bed, TV, dresser, chair, and a closet to hang clothes.
The guest bedroom, facing the backyard, offers a Queen bed and a Full-over-Full bunk bed for the kiddos or even adults! There is also a chest, 2-drawer nightstand, TV, and closet for hanging clothes.
With 4 beds, you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Any more and it can get a bit crowded.

You'll love the wifi and TV apps when you're chilling on the couch on a rainy day, and you'll enjoy the pool or soft sandy beaches when the sun is shining! They're both just a short walk away! (Pool is only 2 doors over, and the beach is about a 300yd walk, or about a 4 minute walk).

Down Front Beach Rd about 3/4 of a mile is a doughnut shop called Thomas' Donuts which are delicious as well. I highly recommend you try them! (They normally close in the off-season, so if you're a snowbird, please drive by first to make sure they are open)
