This 2BR/2BA townhome offers all the peace and tranquility of a beach house with the comforts and conveniences of nearby destinations like Pier Park.

This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers two private decks with Ocean Views and two dedicated parking spaces right outside your door. No walking from a parking garage. It has only one attached townhome and is located in the quiet subdivision of Villa Chateau.

A Community Pool is provided within the complex along with free Cable TV/WiFi. Come stay in Paradise. The Beach is calling you!!

Jeremy made sure everything went smoothly with our trip and responded promptly to all of our messages! The condo is steps from the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. 10/10 great service.

It was just what we expected, having staying in other units in the past. Short walk to the beach, great pool, short walk to Thomas' Donuts. We grilled on the patio almost every day. We will definitely return again!

Great location. Good price range. But condo needs serious updating to get out of the 70s. Need to remove carpet especially with all the sand. Whole condo needs a revamp.

Location can’t be beat! Walkway to the beach has no steps, so pulling the wagon was easy. Thomas donuts was a 7 minute walk. The beach wasn’t crowded with rental chairs and umbrellas. Jeremy was easy to reach when needed.

Awesome Beach House with Convenient Location

This beach house is only a few quick steps from beach access 76B, which was very convenient for bringing beach supplies back and forth. The house itself was very homey and accommodating for large or small families. There's a balcony at the front of the house and the back for relaxing once the beach day was over. Jeremy was a great host and responded quickly when there were any questions or issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for families to spend their beach vacation at. Also, we would strongly consider staying here in the future.

Great Budget Friendly Option

Me and my extended family rented three separate units in this same community. This unit was not as nice as either of the other two but it was much more budget friendly which I very much needed. I would 100% recommend to anybody looking to save a several hundred bucks a week.

Jeremy's property was exactly described as listed beautiful property great access to the beach not even 100 steps the townhome was amazing cleanliness we had everything we needed down to dish washing liquid, washing powders enough towels for a family of 9 sit on the balcony to watch the ocean both balconies have ocean views it was definitely worth every penny Jeremy called addressed everything gave me grew things to do work my family I would definitely stay here again 😊😊

Close beach access

The host seemed caring with our arrival in that he wanted us to be aware a cleaning crew would probably be there during our check in time. The property layout is very nice. Its affordable and very close to the beach. Community pool was nice. The property could use some new flooring, fresh coat of paint, and clean up the back patio. Doing the suggested updates are questionable because not everyone takes pride in taking care of someone else's property so my ratings are not based entirely on cosmetics. Nonetheless, it was a great vacation with my wife and my adult son. I recommend!

Easy access to the beach

This was mine, my daughter’s and my best friend’s second time staying in this house. We stayed here the first time July 2020. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay in the same house again. I’m disabled so in 2020 I looked a long time before booking a place. I chose this house because it’s so close to the beach. The price and this combined. I was planning on sleeping on the couch because I can’t climb stairs then when we arrived I found that there Is a bed in the house not listed on VRBO. It’s a small single bed under the stairs and it was perfect for me. THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR ANYONE WITH BREATHING DIFFICULTIES OR ANY TYPE OF DISABILITY. The villa that the house is in is quiet. There’s a Winn Dixie right down the road and one of those famous Florida donut shops that makes so many delicious things to eat and coffees. We plan on staying in this house again hopefully this year.

The property was super nice, and plenty of room for our family . The outside patio gave us a great place to grill and relax.. The beach is literally across the street.. The neighborhood is very quite and family friendly.. We loved our stay..

This townhouse is in a great location very close to the Panama City Beach, literally across the street. Pool area is very nice as well. If you love the beach, this is a great place to stay.

Great Location, Nice Stay

We had a great trip with no complaints. The condo was as described. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great because you're far enough away from the most crowded areas, but still close enough to everything. The beach is close with easy access to a less-crowded section of the beach, and you could see the ocean from the balconies.

Great location!!

Just as described!! Great location and great views from the balconies!! Beach access across the street too. I had my four legged g-baby and child with us and they loved being able to just sit outside and enjoy the smells and sounds!! I would most definitely stay here again!!

Overall great!

We enjoyed our week here. Great place for the 4 of us and our dog. Jeremy was easy to rent from and quick to respond with any questions we had. Great location, right across the street from the beach and only about a block walk to the pool. Neighbors in the small community were so friendly and welcoming. Condo could use the standard upgrades (this is why the cleanliness rating wasnt higher, ex: carpet) but I also feel like when you allow pets, that is hard to keep up with on a rental. Pictures given online are true to the unit.
