Eine schöne kleine Wohnung. Gute Lage, Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist nett und funktional eingerichtet. Leider gibt es kein WLAN, was wir vorher nicht beachtet haben. Die Wohnung hat elektronische Heizkörper, es dauerte aber über einen Tag biw sie entsprechend warm wurde. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, der Vermieter reagierte leider auch nicht auf eine Anfrage per SMS. Auch als wir etwa früher einchecken wollten und rechtzeitig eine SMS schrieben erfolgte keine Reaktion. Zum ursprünglich vereinbarten Zeitpunkt war er dann aber pünktlich vor Ort.Insgesamt empfehlenswert, aber Einschränkungen in der Kommunikation.

Sehr geehrte Damen,
Sie hatten Zugang zu den Thermostaten, es war also einfach möglich, die Temperatur selbst zu erhöhen. Zur Erinnerung: Die Außentemperatur am Samstagnachmittag betrug 23 °C.
Wir haben weder per SMS noch über die Abritel-App eine Anfrage Ihrerseits erhalten. Ebenso haben wir auf meine SMS am Montagmorgen bezüglich der Schlüssel keine Rückmeldung von Ihnen bekommen.
Es wurde Ihnen sehr klar und lange im Voraus mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft ab 18:00 Uhr verfügbar ist. Ich arbeite außerhalb, weshalb wir diese Uhrzeit festgelegt haben. Wenn dies nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach, hätten Sie uns im Voraus kontaktieren sollen und nicht erst am selben Tag um 14:00 Uhr.
Wie viele andere möchten Sie eine private Unterkunft zu einem günstigen Preis nutzen, erwarten dabei jedoch den Komfort eines Hotels.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Dijon. L'hôte, Brice, nous a bien accompagné et la description de l'endroit est exactement ce que nous avons vu sur les photos. Emplacement à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre de la ville en fait un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Bonjour Monsieur, Je trouve supprenant vos remarques. D'une part , le nombre de serviette par personne vous a été indiqué avant votre arrivée. Il n'est pas précisé que notre logement met à disposition un grille pain. En revanche, vous en auriez fait la demande: sans souci j'aurai répondu à votre demande. Le robinet a en effet été refixé à l'issue de votre départ: nous faisons au mieux : nous ne sommes pas hôtelier. Si vous souhaitez une prestation comme à l'hôtel je vous invite à redéfinir vos besoins d'autant plus que le prix de la nuit rapporté au nombre de personne reste très bon marché. Pied à terre sympa pour visiter Dijon.
Visite en couple de Dijon et ses alentours pour ce long week-end de l'Ascension. De belles choses à voir et à goûter assurées.
