Luxury Guesthouse w/Jacuzzi Tub for Two

1000 sq. ft. Elegant Studio with kitchen, living and dining area, memory foam king bed, futon couch and 400 sq. ft. bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for two. On the grounds are a pool with diving board, tennis court, fire pit and outdoor hot tub. One block away is Bidwell Park with beautiful trails for walking, running and riding bicycles. Also, the guesthouse is about a mile and a half from Downtown Chico.
