HOSSEGOR- Between lake and ocean, pleasant Basque-Landaise villa from the 1950s built on land of around 912m2 (sloping and wooded at the back of the villa).
Classified 3* in 2021 by the departmental tourism committee.

L-shaped main living room/lounge (3.99x4.62 and 5.24x3.45) opening onto a front terrace of approximately 9.50m2. Fitted and equipped kitchen (6.40m2): 3 gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjoining dining room opening onto rear terrace with table, garden chairs, barbecue and deckchairs.
Bedroom 1 (3.68x2.99) overlooking the facade: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90. Shower room (2.99x1.83): shower and basin. Cupboards. Separate WC. Bedroom 2 (3.02x3.02): 1 bed 140 and cupboard. Possibility of entering a car in the garden. A large closed room on the ground floor can store bicycles, boards or golf bags.

Pleasant and spacious villa. This villa is very popular with vacationers for its location. Ideal for walking to the beach, marine lake and downtown. A small "Leclerc" nearby for everyday shopping. Family occupation. Household linen not provided. Out of season, provide heating package. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

La maison possède un emplacement idéal qui permet de se déplacer au lac, à l’océan et au centre ville à pieds. La maison était propre et avait tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de belles vacances.

Super emplacement

Maison très bien située à proximité de la plage, du centre et d’un supermarché. Petite déception au moment de l’arrivée : la maison sentait le moisi, il y avait des toiles d’araignées partout et pas mal de poussière. Un peu rude quand on vous annonce que le ménage en fin de semaine coûte 300€ ! Attention : pas de wifi pour les ados. Après avoir aéré la maison, nous avons pu profiter des atouts de la maison et de la région.

Madame merci d avoir pris le temps de rediger un avis , cette maison est louée depuis le 5 juin, sa position en sous bois fait que les toiles d'araignées s installent d autant plus facilement que nous avons eu un temps lourd et changeant.Si lors de votre arrivée vous nous aviez fait la remarque nous aurions à nouveau renvoyé la sté qui gère la maison. Pour l'absence de wifi c'était bien spécifié dans l annonce et dans votre contrat. Cordialement Agence Petit

Original Hossegor Living

Schönes Familienobjekt aber kein WLAN und man muss Verständnis für die Jugend haben, die singend durch die 30 Meter entfernte Hauptstraße zieht. Der Garten ist komplett vernachlässigt und zum Abschließen braucht man 3 Schlüssel und Geduld. Insgesamt trotzdem gut.

Excellent séjour

Idéalement placée, cette petite maison permet de passer un excellent séjour dans Hossegor sans jamais prendre la voiture. Les plages sont à proximité ainsi que le centre ville. Seul défaut : un peu de bruit dans la rue la nuit en haute saison, mais c'est la rançon du succès de cette ville magnifique.
