Welcome to Peak Valley Manor, a Modern Farmhouse. Built by an award-winning, local builder, we are sure you will enjoy its modern farmhouse charm as we do.

Enjoy one or two private suites, the Lucky Debonair Room and the Cannonade Room, in this grand modern farmhouse. Wake up to sunrise views of Pikes Peak while savoring a cup of gourmet coffee. Energize before experiencing all the Front Range offers. At the end of the day, unwind at one of the many local fine dining establishments. Then return to the ranch to be reveled in your private projection theater before retiring to your suite and stately bed for the night.

THE SPACE: Enjoy seclusion with your own private entrance and smart locks on both suites. You will have exclusive access to the rustic, level walkout that includes one or two private suites, common areas with fireside charm, cozy reading area, projection theater, business center, wet bar, open terrace patio seating with outdoor dining, fire pit, and waterfall feature.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We are here to serve you. Please let us know how to make your stay unique to your tastes, preferences, and level of interaction. As the hosts, we reside on the upper level, and you have exclusive use of the lower level with private entrance.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Peak Valley Manor is located in the tranquil area of Black Forest in the northern part of Colorado Springs. Despite its desirable and peaceful seclusion, it is conveniently located only minutes from the North Gate of the Air Force Academy, downtown Old Monument, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

GETTING AROUND: Conveniently located a few minutes from I-25. From there you can escape north to Denver, south to eclectic Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, or enjoy your time in our alluring city of Colorado Springs.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have private access to the fireside reading room, projection theater, business center, wet bar, patio terrace, fire pit, and waterfall feature.

DIRECTIONS: Address and directions will be provided within 48 hours of check in.
