Just 14 miles from Daytona Beach attractions, and 60 minutes from cape Canaveral, and 90 minutes from Disney, you can enjoy panoramic ocean views in the heart of “The Real Florida”. You can wake up to a pristine sunrise, walk along a quiet empty beach, kayak out into the peaceful Tomoka Marsh Aquatic Preserve, or hike the trails in six amazing Florida State Parks. Loaded with toys such as kayaks, ping pong table, foosball, and a 2 minute walk to what feels like your own private 10 mile strip of beautiful Florida beach. Also a 5 minute walk to the tomoka aquatic preserve, a great place to kayak and bird watch through a peaceful park.
