This updated condo is the perfect getaway for your next vacation! The Westwinds building sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico so you will get those amazing views!

**A pool resurfacing project will begin on November 27, 2023, and will last approximately three weeks. During this time, the pool, spa, and kiddie pool will be closed. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

The kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for two at the breakfast bar. The dining area has a glass table that can seat up to four. The living room has a sleeper sofa, comfortable chair, and a flat screen TV. Off the living area there is also a half bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. The guest bedroom also have a king size bed and flat screen TV.

Outside on the balcony there is seating for five and relaxing views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This property is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?
