Nothin' But A Good Time was built in 2018 with breathtaking Smoky Mountain views and family vacations in mind. This 3,400 square foot cabin has 3 levels and lots of room for everyone.
The lower level has a second living area with a wet bar, pool table, 60 game arcade machine, and a theater room with surround sound and sofa recliners!

We are located on a one-acre lot in an area of newer cabins, just a short distance off the main road with no steep mountain roads or driveways. Our driveway is paved and has parking for up to 8 vehicles and can accommodate a trailer.
Easy Access to Everything:
8-10 minutes to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes to Wears Valley, 20 minutes to Dollywood, 25 minutes to Gatlinburg and all the attractions Sevier county has to offer. 20 minutes away from downtown Knoxville.

Wonderful Home

This is a great property for families! Bedrooms on all three levels worked well for our multi-generational family. Loved having the game/gathering area on the ground floor.

Nice house; great location

The house is very nice. It has an initial shared driveway that splits off at the top. The houses are separated by trees and there is ample parking space for multiple vehicles (we only had two but you could fit more). The kids loved watching the family of bunnies in the yard and also found a lizard. The good: It has a gorgeous view. The young adults loved the pool table and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable movie space, fire pit and deck seating. Make sure to plan time just to hang out at the house. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space so we did not feel crowded. With two refrigerators, there’s room for a week of drinks and food. Great out of town location convenient to get to any destination. Plenty of hot water for everyone to take showers. The less good: If you have light sleepers or want bedroom privacy you may struggle. You can hear everything between the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom to the two bedrooms below. If you get carsick, the roads out to the house are windy. (But pretty much all of them out of town are that way) We had a plumbing issue and the owners were responsive, sending out the plumber the same day. Overall we would definitely stay here again. NOTE: There are coffee filters. There is no aluminum foil, saran wrap or anything left in the kitchen from previous renters so make sure to bring everything you will need. We cheated and used Instacart.

Simply Wonderful

Was a little scary for us city girls, our first drive in the mountains, but so relaxing and beautiful once we got to the cabin. Would do it again in a minute, thank you so much to the owners for sharing their cabin with us.

Great Cabin

Was a great stay, highly recommend. Had all the amenities and is very comfortable even for a larger group like we had. It is in a great location that is a quick drive from the Pigeon Forge strip. Larry and Stacia go above and beyond to make sure they make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone else.

Why they chose this property

From the moment we saw this home we knew it would be somewhere awesome to stay with our family and friends. It has the perfect amount of room and amenities to keep everyone from the youngest to the oldest happy.
The former owner built this lodge in 2018 for his own family and there are a lot of nice touches in the house. From the outdoor lighting to the usage of logs cut from the property in the staircase, it's a really beautiful and special place to relax.
Nothin' But a Good Time is located away from the hustle of the main strip but still just moments from all the action.
