200 m2 house (partly 17th century) set in large enclosed grounds and surrounded by numerous restored and fitted outbuildings (bread oven, dairy, press). This restoration received the Gîte Rural prize from the Fondation du Patrimoine et Maisons Paysannes de France. Very green environment with hiking trails. Teak garden furniture, swing set, barbecue, table tennis, free bikes, free wood. Garden. Large locked garage for motorcycles. Ground floor: large entrance hall, fitted kitchen (90 cm cooker), dining room with fireplace, living room (wood stove), bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 and 1 single bed 90/190), shower room (washing machine, dryer), WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bathroom (1 double bed 160/200 and 1 single bed 90/200), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140/200 + 1 cot) and 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90 /190), shower room, WC, games room. 4 additional beds (90/190 beds). Internet (WIFI), Tel., Oil central heating. Neat decor: lime paint, beams, old tiling... Sheets, household linen and cleaning on request. Weekend rentals: arrival in the afternoon and departure in the afternoon on request to the owners (48 hours on site). Compulsory cleaning fee in addition for professionals: €95 Mandatory heating package in addition, price depending on the season: Fuel/electricity heating package from November 16 to March 15: €15/night Heating oil/electricity package from March 16 to April 30 and from October 01 to November 15: €7/night Fuel oil/electricity heating package from May 1 to September 30: €3/night. batisse superbement conservée beaucoup d 'espaces intérieurs et extérieurs .babyfoot ping-pong terrain basket volley et portique .des vélos des jeux de quoi distraire largement toute la petite famille . une parenthèse enchantée...

Gîte familial à la campagne

le gîte est très agréable pour se retrouver entre amis, grands espaces extérieurs. Les bâtiments ont été restaurés avec beaucoup de goût, l’ensemble est charmant. il y a pas mal de jeux sur place pour les enfants. le coin est très calme, il faut faire de la route pour profiter des points d’interêt.
