Completely detached, single-story house situated on an unfenced plot. Fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, two sofa beds on the landing. Three bedrooms.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor (one bedroom with two 80cm beds with adjustable electric bases, which can also be made into a 160cm double bed, and one bedroom with a 140cm bed) with a shower room and separate raised toilet with a child's seat adapter.
Upstairs: a landing with two sofa beds, each sleeping two people, a shower room, and a toilet. One bedroom with two 70cm beds with adjustable electric bases, which can be made into a 140cm bed.
Linen rental: €14 per bed. Towel rental: €3 per person.
Garden furniture, barbecue. Swing set, ping-pong table. Petanque court. Small slide. Two garages, one enclosed. Heating costs (fuel oil) are not included in the rental price (payable to the owners according to consumption).
