Independent gite located in an old farmhouse built in Roussard on a 500 m² plot near the owners'. Living room, lounge with fireplace, TV and kitchen area (dishwasher), microwave. WC. Washing machine.
Upstairs with large landing with sofa bed for 2 people, reading corner. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 3 single beds. Bathroom (bath and shower), WC. Electric heating not included, according to consumption to be paid to the owners. Garden Lounge. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning fee: 50 euros more. Wood fireplace in addition (40 euros per cubic meter).
