Detached, single-story house with unfenced grounds (adjacent pond), located on a working farm. Living room with kitchenette. TV point. Electric heating is extra.

3 bedrooms (1-2: 1 double bed, 3: 3 single beds, including 1 bunk bed). Shower room, toilet. 40 m² games room. Fishing on site. Table tennis. SIGHTSEEING: Bicycle Museum in Villeneuve-en-Perseigne, Lace Museum in Alençon, Transvap (a local railway), Perseigne Forest, Mayenne Priory in Dangeul.
Mandatory heating supplement from October 15th to April 15th: €60 per week.
