We had quick trip to TN and this place was perfect for our family of 3. It was in a great location, check in was easy and the owners were very responsive. The place was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again!
Quick weekend trip to Murfreesboro for work (husband) and relaxing (me). Found listing about 2 weeks beforw trip snd very happy with location, amenities and responsiveness of hosts. Easy check-in and check-out process and walking distance to downtown square. Lots of cute shops, restaurants and bars made for a really fun weekend. We will definitely be back!
We stayed for two nights to see Murfreesboro before heading to the airport. I wish we stayed another couple nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Excellent location near town. Hosts were nice and easy to communicate with and even checked on us to see if we needed anything. We plan on making several more trips to Tennessee for work and will definitely book here again.
The home was adorable and was renovated but had the feeling of a historic home and the location was perfect. Hosts were very nice and helpful. I would have booked a longer stay if I had know how nice it would be!
We had a wonderful time at this house—cozy and nice part of town. We loved the screened porch and were so thankful for the extra time on our last day. Hosts thought of great touches to make us feel at home.
We were in town for a wedding and we found the house to be lovely. We enjoyed the screened in porch the entire time we were there! The neighborhood was very pretty and we were within walking distance of restaurants. The water pressure was great and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!
This was a great location to visit the MTSU campus. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants both by the campus and the downtown area. There was also a great bakery downtown and I was able to pick up some good croissants. We brought our bikes and took a nice ride on the greenway. The house was very clean and the owner was responsive to questions. Only cons were a slight musty smell and a little road noise since it was on the main street. We liked the smart TV so that we could log into our Netflix account and watch movies.
Awesome location for my stay! Perfect for my annual trip for the boys state basketball tournament. Very clean and welcoming. Definitely plan on staying here again 👍
My first experience with VRBO and this property was wonderful! Thomas and Marida were very helpful with all of our questions and needs. House is charming. Will definitely be going back.

About the host
Hosted by Marida Balch
We are a true Southern family and pride ourselves on welcoming everyone and never meeting a stranger! We love to take our boys on adventures, sometimes with a just few hours notice. Because of that, we really appreciate when we find great accommodations whether with friends or at a warm, cozy VRBO rental, which is why we want to make sure ours is just that!
Aside from traveling, we love music and have fun taking our boys to festivals in the warmer weather (which is sometimes January around here)! When we travel, we are always on the lookout for good food and local hangouts so, rest assured, you won't get the "tourist trap" recommendations from us. ;)
We like to live life to the fullest...making each moment count!
