Beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort. Located close to the South Gate, but turn right out of the house and you are at the beach in a few minutes... This home has all the beach-feel finishing touches, to make your stay memorable!

Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.

Your entertaining options are endless here! Enjoy the expansive outdoor covered decks and patios, with plenty of seating, a gas grill and gas fire pit. There's even an TV in the outdoor bar/entertainment area. You'll also have access to corn hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. (there's a safety gate at the top of the stairs for the littles as well). Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.

Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.

You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!!

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

*This home is located in a humid subtropical climate. While we professionally treat the home for bugs and pests, you may see bugs including Palmetto bugs sneak in occasionally. If any are found in the home, we will promptly schedule a re-treatment to address. No refunds for bug sightings will be provided

*WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A 5-STAR STAY, as do our cleaners. Your booking includes turn-over service to include cleaning and linen/towels. However, occasionally things get missed or need to be fixed. If you are not satisfied with the job that the cleaners have done, we need to know immediately. We will send cleaners back, if we are made aware of something that needs to be fixed. PLEASE DON'T WAIT until you have checked out to let us know in a public review. THESE REVIEWS STAY WITH THE HOST FOREVER, even if a house is removed from our listings. So we want to FIX ANY CLEANING ISSUE. And we APPRECIATE your PRIVATE FEEDBACK, so that we can fix it for future guests. NO REFUNDS FOR CLEANING WILL BE PROVIDED.

MH149A The house is took care of, So Clean, it has everything you need, just bring your Clothes. Towels and Linens included. We have stayed twice, and plan on coming next summer too! Ocean Lakes and this house was a great family vacation spot. The amenities were great with small kids, the house was clean, owner is very friendly and quick with replies. Having the golf cart to get around was so convenient. Lots of areas to sit outside on or below the deck.

Pictures do not do it justice. Five full stars since that's all I can give it. Kim is a great host. Best place we've stayed in Ocean Lakes by far with so much to do for our two children. My kids just loved the two individual swings! Cart newly updated as well. Very nice location as well.

Fantastic Beach Home

Fantastic home in Ocean Lakes. This is by far one of my favorites of all the homes we have rented over the past 10+ years. Every detail has been well thought out. The location is nice near the South Entrance. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds with linens and towels provided. Kim was so informative with house inventory, communications before arrival, during and after our stay. We love Ocean Lakes and this will be our go to home!

Everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. You had everything we could think of needing. Beds were comfortable. Loved the fire table downstairs. Wonderful Amenities

Kim’s place is just the best. This was our second time staying at Kim’s house. Both times we have stayed, we have walked in to a very clean and welcoming place. Love that the linens are included here, that is so hard to find! We are a young family with four young children, so the games, sand toys, high chairs, pack n play, and all that good stuff make it so easy for us! We only come with our clothes because there is so much there to keep us entertained. Kim is a great host and is always quick to respond.

It didn’t appear very well cleaned when we got there.You could feel sand on the floor. Three of the boogie boards were broke or unrivaled. One of the frying pans were in bad shape and needed to be disposed of. I really didn’t like the fact we were threatened by charging us extra money if certain things were not done.Such as if you used the grill and didn’t clean it properly then extra 50.00.We’ve stayed in a lot of beach homes but don’t believe with as many rules as this one. We did leave the house better than we found it. Will be looking for our deposit back. I believe you need to get some other company to keep check on this house.

Great Family Gathering Place

Very nice place! There were plenty of spices and dishes to cook. Plenty of space to have family over, including the downstairs bar and fire pit area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We used the place as a common point for family to meet up for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Two couples (and one infant) stayed on property but there was plenty of space for parents and siblings to gather for dinner and board games in the evenings. The included golf cart was a great perk, and the house location was good. Overall a great stay!

If I could I would give them 10 more stars. This was by far the best stay we ever had at Ocean Lakes. Kim is an amazing host and went above and beyond after we had stay longer due to the hurricane.
