This three bedroom, three bathroom condo features an open-living area with beautiful elongated windows that provide spectacular panoramic views and fresh, natural light. One gaze out of the window, and guests can see the skiers whisk down the ski hill into River Run Village. The expansive living room provides more than enough room for eight residents with a luxurious, oversized sofa and additional loveseat. The sofa faces the gas fireplace, encased in an attractive stone surround, and a large HDTV. This layout beckons your friends and family to gather around the crackling fireplace and enjoy a night in after the ski boots come off. The warm furnishings and decor combine with elegant and inviting touches of Colorado history to create a haven for visitors. Adjacent to the living room is a sizable formal dining area with seating for six and additional bar seating along the kitchen island. For those wishing to prepare a family meal, the kitchen features beautiful wooden cabinetry and comes standard with stainless steel appliances and most everything need to prepare a gourmet meal. A single door opens to a private deck with views across the forest.

This three bedroom luxury condo provides more than enough space for families and friends to gather. The spacious master bedroom features wide windows displaying excellent mountain views and well-appointed fixtures to make you feel at home. It comes equipped with a lavish king bed and en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub that will make you want to return early after a day of skiing. Enjoy watching a late night move on the flat screen tv without disturbing the other guests. The second master bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower to relax in after a long day. The third bedroom typically offers a queen bed or two twins, perfect for the younger guests. Special requests for alternative bedding configurations may be granted pending availability, but the standard configuration accommodates up to eight guests with the queen sofa sleeper. 

Lone Eagle guests enjoy access to the resort’s shared heated pool, ski deck, hot tub, game rooms, and fitness center. Leave gear in the shared ski lockers and allow Lone Eagle's private elevator to whisk you up to your villa.  For enjoyment after a long day on the slopes, there’s a deck on the main floor patio where guests may enjoy a cocktail, coffee or a cappuccino while they watch the skiers and bikers speed by the backside of the building. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill in the evenings when the sun sets over the Rocky Mountains.

Along with true ski-in/ski-out access to the Keystone Gondola and Summit Express lift, you’re just 100 yards from River Run Village action.
