Fabulous 2 bedroom condo in a wonderful location! Convenient to Ballantyne, Southpark, I-485, shopping and restaurants. Large, open floor plan with loads of natural light. Cozy fireplace in livingroom. Convenient first floor location, with a nice outdoor patio. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath and 2 double closets. The guest room also has a king sized bed and a private bath. Livingroom and bedrooms have flat screen smart tv's.

Unsafe and host did not care

Promptly informed host that smoke detector was damaged and did not function. I was told to wait over the weekend because it was not a priority. I asked what the fire Fire Marshal might say & the conversation rapidly deteriorated ending with the host hanging up on me. Further investigation by me revealed that the CO monitor’s batteries were improperly installed and discharged, thus inoperative. We left town on 12/19/22 and I returned on1/07/23. The entrance door was damaged, the key code did not work, water was leaking out the front door, and I could hear water dripping inside above the front door. A neighbor told me that he noticed the water leaking (thinking that a pipe had burst) to the fire department & HOA some time around 1/1/23? I called the host and was interrogated about why I didn’t inform her that I had left town so that she could conduct security checks in my absence. Again, the host concluded the conversation by hanging up. When I was setting up the rental I informed the host that I was in the middle of an out of state move and would be traveling in & out of state. At this point I’m gone and uncertain about any remaining personal effects in the unit.
