Gîte for 10 people - 4 bedrooms/3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom - located on the border of Cantal and Lozère, 55 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay. At an altitude of 1,165m, warm, sunny summer days and cool, restful nights. Winters can be very snowy. Pets welcome (maximum 2) - Bed linen and cleaning included, except for the kitchen.
10 minutes from the village of Saugues: organic swimming lake, water ski lift, tubing, paddleboarding, fishing, horseback riding, swimming pool with hammam and sauna, collegiate church, fantastic museum of the Beast of Gévaudan, Tour des Anglais, Celtic festival in Gévaudan in August, and village festivals in the summer. Our gîte is located in a typical Margeride farmhouse, in Pompeyrin, a small rural hamlet in the commune of La Besseyre Saint Mary. The ground floor offers:
- a beautiful living room with a small, open-plan, equipped kitchen.
- a large dining table.
- a lounge area with a flat-screen TV for evenings spent around the wood-burning stove.
- the Coquelicots bedroom (2 single beds) with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- the laundry room (washing machine and dryer, ironing facilities).
- a second toilet.
On the first floor, you will find the Framboise family room with four single beds and a bathroom with toilet.
The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). The Jonquille bedroom (2 single beds) and the Campagne bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed).
Each bedroom is equipped with a shower mat, a hairdryer, and liquid soap.

SERVICES INCLUDED in the rental price:
- For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels. Beds are not made upon arrival and must be unmade before departure.
- Wood for the stove provided free of charge (heating the ground floor room)
- Electric heating included up to 20 kW/night (any excess will be charged by the owner)
- End-of-stay cleaning is included EXCLUDING THE KITCHEN/BATHROOM

At your disposal:
- Baby equipment (high chair, booster seat, bathtub and travel cot for children under 3 years old, play mat)
- Garden furniture, barbecue
- Bicycle storage

DEPOSITS: will be requested upon arrival unless already debited at the time of booking.
General deposit of €500
Pet deposit: if you wish to bring your pet, you must inform us when booking. €100/pet - 2 pets maximum. The house is not suitable for disabled guests.
We are open between 6 pm and 8 pm, with some exceptions.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

By the D589 (route du Puy-en-Velay), go to the town of Saugues, then follow the D589 in the direction of Malzieu and La Besseyre-Saint-Mary. On your arrival in Pompeyrin take the road towards La Besseyre St Mary, after 200m do not leave the village of Pompeyrin, take the first small road on your left.
By the A75 motorway, exit at Ruynes en Margeride or Saint Chély and take the direction of Saugues.
