Pleasant, spacious and comfortable cottage, away from the center of the village of Ferdrupt. Ideal location to fully enjoy mountain sports activities (centered around ski resorts, greenways, hiking trails, paragliding, etc.). Power supply 3km. Doctor 2 km. Detached house, chalet style.
BASEMENT: Bathroom (bath, shower, sink, washing machine, bidet).
GROUND FLOOR: Integrated kitchen open to living room/lounge (TV), separate WC, and separate room with sink. Underfloor heating on the ground floor.
FLOOR: Mezzanine relaxation area and 2 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 baby bed).

EXTERIOR: Private parking. Balcony. Terrace. Ground. Plancha.
