Absolutely awful! DO NOT BOOK!!!

The place was dirty, we booked for 4 people and were left enough towels for 1 person and they smellled like they had been left in washer, wet, for days. None of the 3 tvs worked, the blinds had pieces/flaps missing, one of the kitchen cabinets was falling off and the door to deck wouldn't open. we reached out immediately to get the towel and tv situation fixed and neither got resolved. We had to leave and find accomodations elsewhere and still over a month later, can not get anyione to call or email me back and no refund. Further, when i went to the resort checkin desk to see if they could help with the towels, the lady asked who we booked through. When I told her she laughed and said VACASA has a horrible reputation there and she was sorry we rented through them. We actually booked via VRBO but ended up being a Vacasa property.

Got a call 3 hours before Check-In time, the cleaners wouldn't be done cleaning and pushed my time from 4pm to 7pm. Check-In took about an hour and a half, which put us at 8:30pm actually getting everything into the residence. Had a reservation at 9pm (we got there at 9:15pm) that we missed because of delayed time to enter and check-in taking so long. Great view! Wonderful weather just didn't start out the vacay like I would have liked.

A magical experience

We really enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony the sun set I’m sure was just as amazing but it was on the other side of the building so we will just have to stay on that side next time there was a small 24/7 convenience area that was perfect for last minute purchases that may have been forgotten and the staff was great ultimately I’ll be back and recommend my peers for this trip
