The studio is located in a quiet residence close to the beaches with a heated swimming pool and paddling pool from April to November and private enclosed parking.
The accommodation is a 25m² studio comfortably furnished with a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with WC and a furnished terrace.
The facilities include:
- In the kitchen area, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, sink and cupboards with frying pans, saucepans, etc.
- For the living area, a 55cm TV (satellite TNT), a 160cm foldaway bed, a coffee table and a dresser.
- For the terrace, a table, chairs and an electric barbecue.
- For the bathroom, a sink with cupboard (hairdryer) and a shower.
A vacuum cleaner, a broom, a bucket, a mop, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron, and 1 beach parasol are provided.
