The studio is situated in a quiet residential complex close to the beaches, with a swimming pool and paddling pool heated from April to November, and free private parking.
The accommodation is a 25m² studio, comfortably furnished with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, and a terrace equipped with a table and two chairs.
High-speed Wi-Fi is free.
The facilities include:
- In the kitchen area: a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a sink and cupboards containing a frying pan, saucepans, etc.
- In the living area: a 55cm flat-screen TV (digital terrestrial and satellite), a 160-bed fold-away bed, a coffee table and a china cabinet.
- On the terrace: a table, two chairs and an electric barbecue.
