Arrêts de 3 bus fréquents (lignes L1, L19 , L37) avec arrêts presque devant la porte pour aller n'importe où dans Toulouse. Centre ville à 10 minutes en voiture et périphérique (sortie 17) en 3 minutes. Place de stationnement devant à la porte ou dans la cour de la maison. Bois, parcs ,Cité de l'Espace,piscine, tennis, proches. Promenade a vélo faciles avec station de location "Vélo-Toulouse" à 100m,
