Through the livingroom you can reach the two bedrooms, each one with own bathroom featuring a shower. This comfortable villa will provide you with a tv and air conditioning, a full equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and oven. Villa La Dimora del Falco is refined in typical Sardinian style, you can enjoy a sea view and a pool view from the rooms and the living room opens to the beautiful terrace with dining area. It offers confort and seclusion at the same time for a perfect holiday in Sardinia. The property includes a covered parking for two cars. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including water sports, cycling, snorkeling, hiking and diving. A short drive away from the most beautiful beaches in the area, La Marinedda beach and Cala Serraina and just minutes away from Li Cossi beach with its spectacular and unexpected seashore and beautiful landscape views. The rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are easily reachable in few minutes and are suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

Soggiorno tra amici nella bella villa Dimora del Falco con piscina in Costa Paradiso. Posizione e vista stupende, gli spazi esterni alla casa erano ricchi di vegetazione che donava anche la giusta privacy. Da ringraziare in particolare Rina per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, pronta in qualsiasi momento a darci consigli sui luoghi da poter visitare: una persona molto professionale.

We stayed in il falco for 6 days and we really enjoyed it. The house is gorgeous, furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style. It is complete with air conditioning in both rooms, fridge, oven, toaster, iron, and hairdryer, so it is definitely complete with the necessary accessories. The outdoor pool is magnificent, very nice is the fact that the water has two different heights and around it there are deck chairs and umbrella holders. The external verandas are very comfortable for eating out both for lunch in the shade and in the cool and in the evening on the other side looking at the sea. Thanks to Mrs. Rina who took care of us and was really kind in coming to meet us both for the arrival and departure times, and above all in the way she spent herself to solve a problem related to the pipes that was solved in less than 2 days.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesen Ferienhaus gefühlt. Mit privatem Pool und zwei Badezimmern kann man die Zeit richtig genießen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand. Die Restaurants im Ort sind hervorragend. Ein und Aus-checken ging komplett reibungslos und die Dame die uns empfangen hat war unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
