About this property

This very luminous ground floor apartment for 4 people located next to the Parc de la Vilette and close to the famous Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and the Canal de l'Ourc is ideally distributed. It has a nice bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an open fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the living room where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed, a table for 4 persons and a television.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

Appartement non entretenu

Cet appartement bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement mais il n’y a pas d’isolation phonique ( fenêtres simple vitrage dans le salon…..qui donne sur la rue), il n’y avait pas d’accès à internet, le matelas était plein de taches et sans alèse, la porte de douche endommagée (1 pan manquant), le toilette fuyait, un pan de mur du salon était couvert de moisissures. Malgré les photos envoyées, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse d’Open Flats! L’appartement n’est pas à la hauteur des photos faute d’un entretien régulier.
