Apartment has washer dryer. Parking on grounds for tenants and guests . not public. Nice Gym near heated pool with Jacuzzi. Lounge chairs tables with umbrellas. The property has a private parking in front of the building. The location is close the beach. many restaurants are close to the property and also the hotel and the hospital are far away of the property so basically you will enjoy an excellent time on this condo where your guest will find the property an nice place to stay.
