Propriete tres bien placee mais mal entretenue

Nous avons trouve une maison dont les equipements n étaient pas comme descriptif a savoir : pas possible utiliser douche exterieur. Portillon plage casse. Terrasse bois cassee et dangereuse au vue des enfants. Barbecue inutilisable. Evier bouche. Machine laver qui fuit provoquant inondation. Lorsque l on prend la douche c est soit froid soit on se brule mitigeurs impossible a regler correctement. Dommage car vraiment la maison a un emplacement ideal et pourrait faire passer de tres bonnes vacances

Bonjour, Effectivement, nous avons eu un problème d’évacuation et de lave vaisselle. Ce dernier ayant été changé depuis. Par ailleurs, c’est une maison en front de mer qui est soumise à beaucoup plus de contraintes (embruns, vagues, …). Son emplacement unique peut engendrer quelques désagréments (rouille, connection et réseau d’évacuation publique rendus plus difficile…). Elle peut avoir les inconvénients de ses avantages (pied dans l’eau). Nous avons d’ailleurs échangé avec vous. Je regrette donc cette expérience. Bien à vous,
