Schöne Lage, aber nicht ganz so wie auf den Bildern

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment mit gemischten Gefühlen erlebt. Leider war die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren nicht gereinigt. Es lagen Papierstücke herum, der Tisch war schmierig, und unter der Fußmatte sowie in der Wohnung selbst wurde offensichtlich schon lange nicht mehr gekehrt. Dies konnte man auch auf Fotos deutlich erkennen. Zusätzlich hatten wir uns aufgrund der Bilder auf der Plattform eine gewisse Distanz zu den Nachbarn erhofft. Leider war dem nicht so. Viele Gäste der Anlage sind direkt an unserer Terrasse vorbeigelaufen, was unsere Privatsphäre stark eingeschränkt hat. Angesichts des stolzen Preises von knapp 3200 € hätten wir definitiv mehr erwartet. Wir sind spät in der Nacht angekommen und mussten erst einmal schlafen, daher war es uns nicht möglich, die 10-Stunden-Frist zur Beschwerde einzuhalten. Trotzdem wurde unsere Beschwerde danach kaum ernst genommen und uns wurde kein Entgegenkommen gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson war ebenfalls enttäuschend – Antworten kamen erst nach mehreren Tagen und wichtige Informationen wie die Adresse der Unterkunft wurden uns nicht von selbst mitgeteilt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist jedoch die Lage des Apartments. Man ist in der Nähe von sehr schönen Stränden, und die Umgebung ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir hatten uns mehr Kundenorientierung und eine zufriedenstellendere Lösung für die Probleme gewünscht, die während unseres Au
