Charming apartments with terrace located in downtown Porto, close to the joyful Praça dos Poveiros.
Ideally located to enjoy all that the city has to offer, a 5-minute walk from the 24 de Agosto metro station (access to the airport in 35 minutes).
It is an excellent starting point, pleasant and comfortable to discover Porto and its surroundings.

Located in the district of Jardim Sao Lazaro and the School of Fine Arts, you will be 100 meters from the Santa Catarina street, the most commercial artery of Porto and 5 minutes walk from Avenida dos Aliados. Typical neighborhood with a multitude of restaurants.
Large 104 sqm renovated 3 rooms duplex with lots of character. Parquet, ceiling wood beams and internal wooden staircase as well as an elegant decoration make this apartment very pleasant, plus the luxury brought by the 2 rooms suites with bathroom. Not suitable for young children.
Close to the gardens of Sao Lazaro, the School of Fine Arts and Rua Santa Catarina, the most commercial street, also close to the typical district of Fontainhas and its historical areas. 150m from the Douro river.
