Privileged location overlooking the port, pretty two-storey house located on the islet of St Martin. On the ground floor, kitchen open to the living room (WIFI). Bedroom + bathroom + WC. Upstairs, sitting area opening onto balcony and bedroom + shower room. Flowered courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Parking in front of the villa.
