Welcome to my lovely 25 square meters studio in the heart of the 16th district of Paris, located on the 4th floor WITH elevator. It is ideally located between the TOUR EIFFEL and the ARC DE TRIOMPHE in a quiet, residential and family area where you will find many shops, near rue des Belles Feuilles. You will be able to reach the main tourist attractions on foot and discover the rest of the capital quickly thanks to public transportation. Very good stay :)
## Logement
The studio is very comfortable. It is composed of a living room with a sofa convertible into a bed for 2 persons, a fully equipped and functional bathroom and a kitchen area. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in summer as well as in winter to enjoy a breakfast in the fresh air. You will have everything at your disposal in order to have an excellent stay. You will find an explanatory note inside the studio. The studio overlooks the courtyard of the building and is therefore very quiet. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A very commercial street is 6mn walking distance, the street of the beautiful leaves which ends by the place of Mexico City giving a magnificent and very romantic point of view on the Eiffel Tower which we join by the avenue d'Eylau. You will be able to enjoy many walks in the Bois de Boulogne which is located 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, except for the Bois de Boulogne which is on the other side of this road. The district is mainly residential, but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and remarkable places such as the Trocadero or the Bois de Boulogne. It is home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes or the Roland-Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
