Very beautiful and calm appartment, in a recent building, inner courtyard of the property orientation.
Well decorated and improved recently based on prior comments.
1 bedroom with 180x200 comfortable bed (NEW).
One kitchen.
Separate bathroom.
Separate toilets.
Small office room in the entrance (this is not a bedroom).
Very touristic area near 3 metro lines in the heart of Bastille historical area.
Possible parking underground if needed.

We had a lovely stay at Georges apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and it is perfectly located on a quiet street, walking distance to restaurants, the market, bakery, train, etc. Georges was accommodating with letting us check our bags in when we arrived in town because check-in is rather late in the afternoon.

Excellent location and a very comfortable apartment. We loved our stay here. Quiet street but with lots to do in the immediate area. Host communicated very, very well. Great apartment (with an elevator!!) with a view of the courtyard. Quiet, clean, perfect for one or two people to enjoy Paris. The location is ideal, directly across the road from a supermarket. Lots of options for food and entertainment around.My only negative feedback is the sheets and towels were washed with laundry detergent that had a VERY strong smell - so strong that it gave me a migraine and I was very sick for 24 hours! It would be wonderful to wash in unfragranced detergent for those of us who are sensitive to smells.

The location was perfect for easy access around the city on the Metro. Georges sent us very detailed information regarding anything we may need to know and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Paris.
