Very dark though, as the window faces a small courtyard and the window was hard to open. the bathroom was clean, but with some mold spots, the shower holder was broken and there was no ventilator or window that allowed for fresh air.

The only good thing about this place is its location. The bathroom was super tiny and water was not draining in the shower properly. The water was coming up from shower darin when i was using the sink for washing hands. I could not take a shower without a concern that water would over flow to the other areas

This ground-floor accommodation is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the Marais, It is tidy, cozy, and has most of the amenities one would need for a short visit, including great WiFi, a washer/dryer, and good storage, The communication with the hosts (it is managed by a large company called CMG CheckMyGuest), whom we never met, was excellent, especially from Noémie, who was extremely helpful and kind, The listing on CheckMyGuest was slightly inaccurate regarding the number of beds, It seemed to mention 2, but the property is actually a studio (as stated on CheckMyGuest) -- 1 room, with a small bathroom -- and a very compact studio at that, So only 1 bed, The bedroom window overlooks a rooftop, The decor is a bit old-fashioned, There is no bedside lamp and the utensils need to be replaced, Besides sleeping, we didn't want to spend much time in the room, However, if you're content with using this as a home base, the location is superb, There are wonderful bars and eateries, as well as nearby supermarkets, I adore the Marais,

Host was not attentive. The company did not respond to any of my messages leaving me stranded in Paris, with luggage, in the rain for hours after check in. I eventually connected when VRBO support got involved.The room is not quite as advertised, as it is shows wear and damage on the walls and significant mold on all surfaces; especially within the bathroom. I returned home from vacation extremely ill from the various molds.
