Everything about this property was amazing. From communication with Bruno, to having a last minute car rental at the location when we arrived, to always answering our questions no matter time of day! We are definitely looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to St Martin. The kayaks were a plus to get to Pinel Island! Thank you guys so much for the AMAZING stay!

The Perfect Getaway

This is our second stay here. Its in a great location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to anything you need within a 5 minute drive. The hosts are courteous, nice, accomodating in every way and the studio is all that we need. The outdoor kitchen is a bonus as is the BBQ pit. Great stay and would definitely recommend this heavenly hideaway.

We stayed one week and wished we could have stayed longer. The owners were both great, helpful friendly and attentive. The outdoor kitchen was a real pleasure. the pool was great and of course the view was spectacular. Very close to Orient Bay, Grand Case and Anse Marcel. We rented a car so we were able to see a lot of the island and go out for lunches and dinners. All in all it was a 5 star. Deb & Frank

Exactly as advertised

We had a great time at Studio St. Martin and there were no unpleasant surprises. The unit was clean and reasonably stocked. And it is in a very quiet location. Bedding was comfortable, extremely firm. The dogs are very friendly. The property was secure. It is in a great location between the beaches of Orient and restaurants of Grand Case. Be aware, the area can get a bit buggy so bring repellent. There are effective repelling units on the patio. A few more bath towels would have been nice. However, we probably should have just asked for them. The pool is a great bonus. There is nothing more refreshing than a dip in the pool after a hot day at the beach. The view from the property is absolutely spectacular. You can see Pinel Island, Mt. Vernon, and Orient Beach. The kayaks were a great addition and allowed us (very unseasoned kayakers) to paddle to Pinel in about fifteen minutes. Bruno is a great host, available but not obtrusive. He assisted my wife's boss in arranging a rum tasting dinner at La Pressiore. (The restaurant and tasting get five stars.) He also got us in contact with a nurse who will come to your apartment for covid testing for a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this property to a friend.

Nice studio on French side of St. Maarte

We had a great stay at Bruno’s studio. He was exceptional helpful and very responsive. He was happy to help with anything we needed. The studio had 1 king bed and 2 twins. A nice walk-in shower and a wonderful outdoor kitchen and eating area. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. A small pool is right outside the unit, between the unit and the beach. Be aware, it is not your personal pool. It is shared by Bruno’s other tenants. The beach is pleasant with a few palm trees. There are sea kayaks to use and we took a double over to Pinel Island for a wonderful day. Note that the bay is not swimmable here. It is super shallow and has a mucky bottom. So plan to cool off in the pool. We had a pleasant stay.

Très beau studio

Très beau séjour dans le studio ilet pinel. Studio très bien aménagé , sur une petite plage permettant d accéder à l ilet pinel avec les kayaks mis à disposition. Jaccuzi très agréable. Bruno et son épouse sont d très bon hôtes, toujours à l écoute et prêt à rendre service. Merci pour ce séjour .

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé quinze jours au Studio pinel et avons tout de suite été charmé par le lieu. Le studio Réserve Naturel correspond tout à fait au descriptif avec une vue mer superbe.Les propriétaires très sympathiques sont disponibles tout en étant discret. Des canoés et un paddle sont mis à disposition (avec sac étanche pour le transport des affaires) ce qui permet de belle balade et de pouvoir aller à l'ilet Pinel en 15 mn pour découvrir plage et surtout de beau fonds marin. Un plage privée avec transat et spa. Certes l'eau est peu profonde mais en quelque coups de palme (mis à disposition également) vous êtes dans une réserve naturelle où vous pouvez croiser des tortues. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et s'y nous devions retourner à St Martin, nous ne pourrions aller ailleurs qu'au Studio Pinel et recommandons cette location.

Great place for you stay

We stayed one week at Studio Pinel early this year. Bruno has been very efficient during the whole process, things went smoothly and he was very helpful the whole stay. We found the location convenient and quiet. Grocery store and pharmacy are nearby. The room is clean with AC and beds are good. We love the exterior kitchen and the kids had a blast with kayaks, the pedal board and the spa. We really hope we can stay there again soon.

We love this place! Already booking for next yera!

We have stayed at Studio Pinel 4 times and we are booking #5 right now. The Studio has a perfect location. You can Kayak to Pinel Island, take a walk on a private beach just minutes from the studio and reach other great beaches by a short car ride. The Studios are clean, comfortable and I always feel very safe. If you need anything Bruno is happy to help. We really like the patio. You can easily spend your entire day just sitting on the patio enjoying a book or just watching what is happening on the water. You can walk to Villa Pizza or Poncho Villas for an amazing dinner. The local grocery also carries a large selection of items if you want to eat at the room. We always enjoyed having breakfast on the patio watching the day get started overlooking the water. We really enjoyed being able to Kayak to Pinel Island. Karibuni Beach Restaurant and Bar is a wonderful place to spend the day. They have nice chairs sitting next to the beautiful blue water. The service is excellent and I cannot say enough about the food - Yummy! We also like going to Orient Beach, Friars Bay and Grand Case. I need to mention again that Bruno and his wife have always been very attentive to anything we have needed and make booking the Studio very easy.

Fantastic place to have private holidays

Really great place to stay if You want privacy and peaceful vacations. Comfortable studio with such extras as free kayaks and SUP board just metres from Your private terrace with grill and beach chairs. Superb Pinel island's beach and restaurants are just 5-10min of canoeing away. Enjoy cocktails there as no driving is involved :) There was nothing we didn't like about Studio Pinel, but You should be prepared to rent a car to explore SXM. And do not hesitate to use friendly advice from Bruno regarding everything related to Your stay, including car rent. You better pack your binoculars they will be handy as there are lots of activity going on in the bay to have a closer look at while having Your evening's long drink or just spending some lazy time on beach-chair or terrace. And we did enjoy company of owners dogs :)

Wonderful place!

We stayed at Studio Pinel for 1 week. Before arrival everything was very good arranged with Bruno by e-mail. After arrival he was very welcoming and gave us advice about places to go. The studio was very clean, and candles against mosquitos were there too. The view is amazing! Waking up every day with such a beautiful view is part of the fun. Heaving breakfast on the veranda en paddling on the paddle boards and canoes was great! The water is not deep enough for swimming, but many other beaches are great to do that. Pinel island is very close by canoe, and it's easy to get around the island by car. It was great fun to use the jacuzzi on the beach, that's special. Cooking is possible in the kitchen, supermarkets are in the village. Many restaurants in the area too, with the pizza place very close to the studio. It's peaceful and quiet in the area. We definitely recommend staying here. If we come back to St Martin, we will stay at Studio St Martin again. St Martin over all was very much worth visiting.

Pour nous c'était un parfait séjour au calme, très gentil accueil. Dès fois en compagnie de chats et 2 chiens qui nous ont même suivi pendant notre petite balade en canoë. Vraiment que du bien. Espérons de pouvoir y retourner en trouvant des billets d'avion pas trop chers. On conseille vivement.

Magnifique

Le séjour a une vue impressionante sur le mer. Toutes les installations sont disponibles. Le cottage a tout le confort qu'on besoin. Très proche de l'ilet pinel, 15 minutes avec les canoés pedalo. Généralement c'était une experience incroyable.

This was fantastic, I wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our visit to Studio Pinel last year and returned this year to do it again. We were not disappointed and enjoyed it every bit as much. The property is exactly as advertised- clean, quiet and charming. You will need to rent a car if you stay here, to get around to the shops and explore the island. But it is paddling distance to get across to Pinel Island - about 7 min of easy paddling in sea kayaks that Bruno provides for free. There are great beaches and a really nice restaurant on Pinel Island. The owners are very friendly, speak English well and were very helpful when we needed them- but otherwise we didn't see them much and they were not in any way intrusive. Its a wonderful, restful bit of paradise.

Accueil des propietaires et studio tres ageable

Nous avons recu un accueil de la part de Carole et Bruno au top, ils nous ont donnes pleins de renseignements sur Saint Martin, nous ont reserve le taxi entre l aeroport et le studio, nous ont proposes plusieurs loueurs de voitures a des prix preferentiels brefs des gens comme on aimerait en rencontrer plus souvent !!! le Studio etait tres agreable bien ammenage avec tout l equipement moderne, de plus ils ont ammenage une tres jolie plage avec a notre disposition transat, kayak et un jacuzzi ! Le top... Cul de sac est un quartier residentiel et tres calme, le studio se trouve face a l ilet Pinel dans la reserve naturelle, le cadre est super beau ! En resume nous avons passes un tres bon sejour et nous esperons pouvoir y retourner l annee prochaine. Merci a Carole et Bruno les proprietaires

beautiful views over the ocean and the private bea

We stayed at Studio Pinel for almost three weeks in total and were able to stay in Studio Reserve Naturelle as well as in Studio Pinel. We enjoyed both apartments with their beautiful views over the ocean and the private beach. Since end of September there is even a nice jaccuzi right on the beach, which gives you the possibility to cool down when you are too lazy to go to Pinel or drive to one of the other beaches. With plenty of kayaks provided for free, we went very often to Pinel island. The snorkeling there is probably one of the best on St. Martin. Overall we had a really great stay and whenever we had a question, the owner was really kind and helpful. We would definitely go there again! ”

Super Studio in northern St Martin

My wife, our 5 year old and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this very nice studio. Kitchen and bathroom are outside. The kitchen is functional and was equipped with everything we needed. The outside bothroom with the shower are really nice when you come back from the beach a little sandy. Nice styling as well. The beds were comfortable. The wifi kept us in touch with the rest of the world. The TV and DVD we did not use. The location is quiet in the north of the island. We had rented a car. Distance to several grocery stores by car is approx. 5- 10 minutes. Bruno, the owner, and his family are really nice people. They live in the bulding and were always available when we needed something or asked for some advice on where to go. We got a lot of use out of the canues. Pinel Island is a great place to paddle to. It is about 15 minutes from the studio. We liked the non-commercial back side of Pinel best. On the side of pinel, there are some good places to snorchel to see a lot of fish. Our son liked feeding lettuce to the iguanas on Pinel best. Thumbs up for this studio.

ô temps suspend ton vol...

Un décor enchanteur, un accueil chaleureux, rien ne manque à votre quiétude dans ces grands studios de Cul de Sac ! Pour y avoir passé 12 jours avec notre fils de 11 ans, nous pouvons garantir que le studio Ilet Pinel que nous avons loué est grand (40 m2) et que rien n'y manque : petite plage aménagée d'un carbet et de transats, canoés à disposition pour naviguer en toute sécurité dans la baie et jusqu'aux ilets situés en face, clim', coffre-fort, bbq sur la plage, lit king size, excellente literie (je souffre du dos : je sais de quoi je parle...), moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, TV écran plat, canal sat', wifi, etc... le tout pour un tarif très raisonnable ! Véhicule indispensable. Plage sauvage de Grandes Cayes à 200m.
