BED & BATH

The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and an extra-large 65' Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to unwind after a day of skiing. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed. All bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The modern living room has a comfy leather couch for cozying up in front of the stone fireplace, as well as an additional wingback chair. There is a 65' Roku TV also available for those who want to enjoy a movie night. The open-concept kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room for family gatherings. The large dining table can also double as an office space for those working remotely. The well-equipped kitchen stores everything you may need for your stay, including a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Additionally, all the basics such as salt, pepper and olive olive are available.

AMENITIES

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

Important Notice: The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and the completion date is currently unknown. Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

We have been to Fernie many times, first time with a VRBO. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable condo. Facility was quiet. Loved having a pool at the facility. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and clean with everything you need

My son and I stayed here on our recent Fernie trip. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and linens white and clean. Handy location just a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!

Quiet and Spacious

It's a nice property with lots of amenities. It has a great public steam room, which feels good after a day on the slopes. The only downside is the internet. Not good local internet at this location, and the wifi was different to get onto, and stay on.

Quiet room

Nice place, a few minor things like some CLR in a shower head, softer sheets and a better king sized bed frame would make it perfect and less like a hotel room. But otherwise comfortable, quiet, and clean. Was good for a summer day trip.

Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property.
