Up in the loft, guests can enjoy an additional queen-sized bed, perfect for little ones to share! They’ll feel as if they’re sleeping in a treehouse for the night. You’ll also find two fully-stocked baths available, including tubs for a long soak.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for cozying up in front of with a good book. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including coffee brewer, kettle and toaster. There is also a large island available to be used as a workspace or for dining.
AMENITIES
In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view! Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.
Important Notice: The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and the completion date is currently unknown. Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours.

Noisy and needs a renovation.
The second bedroom was beside the a/c unit, which kept our friends awake. Couldn't open the window to cool the room off as the train and highway traffic was just as noisy. The suite was is rough shape, which every wall showed damage, fireplace worked once in a while (thermostat wiring loose), oven temp was lower than displayed, kitchen stools were all heavily stained, floor rug curled with tripping hazard, and the list goes on.

I found only communication via internet difficult as didn't always have access to the internet us oldies don't have a cell phone in our pockets all the time
Everything was great! Beds were comfy, the space suited 5 adults perfectly and the setting was beautiful. No complaints. All interactions with the property manager were quick and easy. It was quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
A significant collection of large dead black flies in main ceiling lamps and bathroom sconces. Had better window treatments in my college dorm. Couch beat to a slouchy pulp. Not a single chair to sit in upright and do some reading, and even if there was, lighting is insuffient.
We rented this suite while visiting Fernie (and area) for a golfing getaway. The suite was clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities (clean up rags, fans in every room, A/C, Netflix etc.). Would definitely stay here again
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic rental Communication was clear, and the check-in and check-out procedure was easy. The accommodation was well-appointed and centrally located. It was a true pleasure to stay in this space during a special event for our family. We would be very happy to return to stay here!
