Gîte located in a quiet hamlet south of Pithiviers near a small valley and 12 km from the forest of Orléans. House adjoining that of the owner. Parking in closed common courtyard. You will be able to enjoy the enclosed shared garden of 700m², with trees and flowers, accessible on the side of the property with a terrace area for your outdoor meals. Bail. A.19 motorway exit 2 km away. Ground floor: 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 dining room with fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), separate toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed).

The price includes: heating, electricity, sheets and beds made on arrival for three beds. If you need the extra bed in the living room, allow 13€
In addition: End of stay cleaning (60€), towels and household linen to be brought along.

Coming from Etampes on the D721, at Pithiviers take the ring road towards Orléans then the N152 for about 2 km then turn right to Gourvilliers-le Boulay (about 1 km). Left at the Pithiviers le Vieil intersection. The gîte is about 300 m on the right. Exit A19 at 2 km.
