The kitchen is spacious and offers everything a master home chef could want–– right down to the cookie sheet. The adjoining dining space is equipped for five guests, with the opportunity to add two more at the high-top counter. There is additional seating outdoors on the picturesque patio with incredible views!
AMENITIES
In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view! Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.
Important Notice!!! The hot tub is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of March 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.

This is a great property which contains all that your need for an enjoyable stay in Fernie. A half hour from Lake Koocanusa or a short walk into the center of town, the location is ideal.
This worked out well for a three day ski weekend. It’s got the basics covered, nothing fancy. The host communicates well and makes things simple.

Very clean and comfortable unit. Smittys and Dairy Queen just a few steps away. Coffee beans provided but did not use as no sugar/creamer provided. Would have preferred to have a king bed instead of the queen provided, but otherwise a great immaculately clean unit for our 1 night stay. Clear communication on accessing lock box for entry.
