Welcome to Mas Serre des Aurices in the Baronnies Provençales Natural Park, in Drôme Provençale.
Located at an altitude of 500 meters, our property is surrounded by lavender, apricot trees and truffle oaks. Thanks to its dominant location, you will appreciate its spectacular view over the valley, whatever the weather and the season...
It has beautiful volumes, neat living spaces on one level, a functional equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms including 3 upstairs and 4 bathrooms.
A landscaped garden (not fenced), terraces with garden furniture, hammocks will allow you to recharge your batteries. On the patio side, the dining room is shaded and a gas BBQ, an ice maker and a beer tap are at your disposal.
In the middle of summer, days can be hot and the evenings cool thanks to its altitude.
Its swimming pool (11x6m, reasonably heated from April to June and then from September to October) has a motorized roller shutter. For tennis lovers, no need to book, the house has its private tennis court located below the property. The pétanque court awaits you with a set of boules for adults, a set of boules for children, a Molkky and a ping-pong table. Just what is needed to create memories!
