this is a very large house is attached to another one on the same plot but they are totally separate is individual with private garden and private pool the house contains first floor covered barbecue co overlooking the pool i in the sea the house has 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms one belongs to the barbecue and another 3 wings dining room living room 1 covered terrace overlooking the sea kitchen and from inside the house has a view of the sea around it is very quiet, the horse trail can be roasted
trekking or mountain biking you have to rent it if you like horses ai a farm that is rented
this house is at an orbanizasion is called calan Morell the house is called rocamar n 2 is the beach at 500 m also ay bus stop that goes to citadel ay 7 K by car

Una estancia perfecta

Estuvimos muy bién, Francisco en todo momento fue muy amable y no hubo ningún problema en ponernos en contacto con él. Un día teníamos planeado hacer una barbacoa y él nos trajo todo lo necesario para hacer fuego. Tuvimos que cambiar las fechas de la reserva por el Covid y no hubo ningún impedimento, es más, nos respetaron el precio de la primera reserva. Casa muy grande, con cocina muy equipada, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas, piscina y vistas perfectas. Lo recomiedo totalmente!

location bien placé et rustique

la maison est composé d'ensemble de "récuparation" vaisselles disparate, appareils électroménagers plutot très usagers mais la maison est agréable, à noter qu'il n'y a que deux appareils de climatisation dans la pièce principale et le couloir, l'emploi des ventilateurs mis à disposition dans chaque chambre est donc indispensable. la proximité de la crique est très appréciable (accès à pieds en à peine 10mn) la piscine est également un plus pour apprécier cette maison. La maison est particulièrement adapté pour accueillir plusieurs famille même avec des ados-adultes.

Hemos pasado unos días perfectos. La casa es muy grande, tiene vistas al mar y puesta de sol increíble, por las noches disfrutas de un magnífico cielo estrellado. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y si falta algo el propietario lo arregla enseguida

La casa y ubicación están muy bien. Todo estaba correcto, solamente hay un grifo en el lavabo que esta estropeado. Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos.

ola crasias por eber pasado unas buenas vacaciones en mi casa lo siento la señora de limpieza no me abia dicho nada que estaba un crifo del baño que no estaba bien gracias por verlo dicho ya esta arreglado podéis venir cuando queráis y os aseguro que todo estará bien os recamando que podeis yr a cual otra casa a beis sido limpios os pongo 5 estrellas

Casa envejecida

Muy bien ubicada a la orilla del mar. Las piscinas perfectas para un grupo grande con niños. Buena distribución, cocina amplia, zona de barbacoa muy útil. En general mal acondicionada; muebles viejos y desvencijados, colchones nefastos, puertas que no ajustan y se abren y cierran con el viento (bastante molesto si te toca una noche de temporal en tu estancia), menaje de cocina (1 única sartén) escaso y con muy mal aspecto y un serio problema de hormigas que dificultan la estancia (la cocina llena siempre de hormigas que te impedían dejar cualquier miga en la mesa, o te invadian). Relación calidad-precio mala. Con lo que cuesta el alquiler, bien se podían permitir una pequeña actualización.
