Magnifique

La Villa Pineta est une charmante maison. Un emplacement parfait pour venir se reposer. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le jacuzzi a été un plus pour se détendre. Le propriétaire nous a agréablement reçu et a été surtout très disponible. Je vous recommande vivement cette location. Merci Daniele.

Het ontbreekt aan goed meubilair

Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is goed. Maar het interieur is aan modernisering toe. Stoelen en bank zitten niet goed. Matrassen bed zijn erg hard. Keukengerei en bestek is minimaal en verouderd. Huis zelf is mooi qua indeling. En ligging in de regio is perfect. Goede uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van Apulië. Wanneer bovenstaande punten verbetert worden zou ik hier graag terugkomen en er ook een hogere prijs voor betalen. Minpunt was dat er werd gevraagd m een vergoeding per dag voor de jacuzzi. Hier gingen wij niet mee akkoord en toen was gebruik gratis conform info op de website.

Très agréable séjour

La maison est située en pleine campagne. La vie passée est bien présente et en tant qu'invités on se sent bien accueillis. Le calme du jour laisse place, la nuit, au petit duc qui règne sur la terrasse et les pins.
