The cottage has a Queen Primary bedroom, 2 Single beds (which each convert into a King bed) plus a spiral staircase leading to a loft with a Double bed. Great Room with fireplace, dining table for 8 people and BBQ. The lower cottage offers more accommodations with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, second kitchen and great room with a fireplace.
Waterfront has a shallow entry with sandy bottom into Lake Rosseau, which makes it ideal for kids, but drops off to 4-5' deep at the end of the dock. Property is located on Arthurlie Bay, but still within walking distance to Port Carling.
