Steps to Private Beach

The secluded beach is steps away from the house and it's less than 1 min walk (the vrbo automated distance showing "3 min walk to the beach" is incorrect). Private community. It is amazing what this location offers and it is so close to NYC. Upside down house layout allows everyone to enjoy the water views and sunset. Two kayaks to glide the calm waters on Peconic Bay steps down from the house. Swimming is a bliss.
Atlantic beaches 7 miles away. Short drive to North Fork (orchards, vineyards, wine testing, farms produce) or South Fork with dunes and all that East End life offers.

Absolutely no parties allowed in this quiet neighborhood.
No pets.
Rate is based on 1- 4 people occupancy.
Additional person is $45 per day (max is 6 people).

“Home” away from home

Happy to say that this was my family’s second stay at this lovely property. We enjoyed our stay last summer so much that we extended our rental to four weeks this visit. Property is exactly as depicted in pics. Pristine. Comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great water views and beautiful sunsets. Serene location. Lucky for us Hurricane Henri moved further out East not impacting our stay. Hosts Tanya & Ivan pleasant and readily available and responsive to any questions/ concerns. Thank you both for offering your home as a vacation rental to my family once again this year. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation rental Aug/Sept

This vacation home was perfect in every way. Online booking was an easy process. Home was exactly as advertised. Beautiful and quiet location with bay views. Gorgeous sunsets and walks along the bay. Exceptionally clean with tasteful decorating and comfortable bedding. Thoughtful amenities for anything you may have forgotten or needed. Pool service several times a week. Owner was readily available and responsive for any questions and provided helpful information for our stay. Despite isolated location internet/ WIFI was no issue for my daughters who were working “ from home”. Tanya, can’t thank you enough for offering your lovely home as a vacation rental. Would happily return.

A Veritable Patch of Heaven, Just Wonderful. Hope to Come Back

We’ve spent 15 glorious, blissful days at this marvelous property. Location. Unbeatable. Nice quiet days and nights, 150 feet for one of the most glorious beaches I have ever been on. Great for walks on the sand, bird watching, collecting seashells. Much better than the ocean side in terms of swimming and sunbathing. Quiet property with an adorable family of deers visiting from the nearby woods from time to time. House. Clean! And I don't mean hotel clean or even “Monica clean” (watch Friends if you haven’t) but clean to my wife's standards; the first vacation since I can remember in which she did not find something objectionable about the level of cleanliness. Spotless! Lovely welcome packets left by the owner with all the little things one may need to settle in. Comfortable, plush beds. Towels throughout. Fastest internet in the world with WiFi on steroids reaching every part of the house and the pool as well - nothing like being logged into work poolside. Smart TVs to stream to and available AppleTV to boot. My teenagers could play online games, stream movies, watch TV all at the same time without any drop in performance. Super equipped kitchen and grill, all cleaning supplies, toaster oven and toaster. Amazing convection oven. Board games galore, complete with all pieces and instructions(!!), leading to many a night of family fun. Literally every possible amenity one can think of, including an outside hose so powerful that removed sand from my feet from 3 years ago. Multiple chairs and umbrellas by the pool to accommodate an infinite combination of sunbathing preferences. Large, clean, well-serviced pool, great for lap swimming or just bathing while reading. Excellent choice of floaters to use. Kayaks to go to the beach. In short, this is an excellent property with a wonderful and thoughtful owner that has provided everything for a restful and luxurious vacation at the beach. Great time with the family cooking on the balcony, reading, lounging by the pool and talking romantic walks on the beach. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us!

Excellent House, Location, and Owners

This house is adorable. It's three levels with the bedrooms on the bottom two floors and a kitchen at the top with an outdoor balcony. And of course, a private pool in the backyard where we spent most of our time. It was exactly what we needed after being quarantined in NYC for months. Tanya and her husband are very easy to deal with; they ensured the house was clean and ready to go, provided helpful tips for places to visit nearby, and even cleaned the pool before a thunderstorm early one morning during our stay. The area is also very low key - great for relaxing without feeling like you're at the "scene" in the Hamptons. The only thing is that the wifi works best on the top floor (with the kitchen), so when we were working during the week, sometimes it was challenging to connect to the network, and a couple of us would go out onto the deck to take work calls. Otherwise, great experience, great hosts, and excellent location :)
