L’emplacement calme et proche de saint Gilles. RĂ©sidence agrĂ©able et le design de l’appartement trĂšs sympa. Le logement est lĂ©gĂšrement bruyant entre le toit qui craque sous le soleil, et le passage des voitures/moto qui peut ĂȘtre assez fort sur la terrasse.

Mon sejour

J'ai apprĂ©ciĂ© la modernitĂ© et la dĂ©co du logement. La cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e la salle de bain trĂšs bien avec une bonne Ă©vacuation de l'eau Ă  la douche. Belle chambre L'accĂšs au logement fournir un plan plus dĂ©taillĂ©e car il y a beaucoup d'immeuble de rue da's le coin difficile de se repĂ©rer mĂȘme avec le GPS. De plus le bip d'entrĂ©e Ă©tait dans le logement nous avons pu profiter qu un rĂ©sident ouvre le portail pour y accĂ©der on ne savait pas si on pouvait se garer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou pas et sur quel parking. Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers Ă  monter avant d'arriver au logement si on a des bagages Ă  porter. Le logement est situĂ© dans un quartier dense entourĂ© d'immeuble un peu plus de calme aurait Ă©tĂ© bien meilleur. Pour la TV nous avons eu accĂšs Ă  deux chaĂźnes uniquement antenne rĂ©union et tĂ©lĂ© rĂ©union. Et pour finir nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© informĂ© qu il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble un matin nous Ă©tions encore au lit et on entendait craquer au dessus du logement on s'est rendu compte qu une entreprise Ă©tait entrain de dĂ©coller des plinthes. Pour notre dĂ©part on a du s'organiser pour ouvrir le portail et sortir nos voitures Ă  l'extĂ©rieur pour ensuite remonter dĂ©poser le bip au logement.

Appartement rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t pratique Ă  vivre avec une petite vue mer agrĂ©able ! TrĂšs fonctionnel nous avons pu passer un excellent sĂ©jour grĂące et surtout au service de conciergerie trĂšs disponible Le seul bĂ©mol de cet appartement le Volet sur rail sur la terrasse qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir qui coupe la vue et la lumiĂšre Et a noter que d’un point de vue sĂ©curitĂ© ce n’est pas idĂ©al s’il faut Ă©vacuer l’appartement ! Mais je retiens l’intervention rapide de votre technicien pour essayer de trouver une solution
