THE ACCOMMODATION
DANUBE11 is located on the 4th and top floor of a quiet and secure residence. The apartment includes:
- a living room (sofa bed, sleeps 2)
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- a first bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200, sleeps 2)
- a second bedroom (two single beds, sleeps 2)
- a shower room with sink
- separate toilet

Also included at no extra charge:
- 1 parking space in the residence’s underground garage, with direct access via the lift. (Note: maximum height 1.95 m)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Available on-site for babies: folding bed

PLEASE NOTE:
For your first few days, we provide basic essentials (sample-size shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few metres away in the Val d’Europe shopping centre.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the Serris town hall area, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at Boulangerie l’Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant l’Interprète...).

You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 50 metres from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village – Chic Shopping Outlet” there.

- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 15 min on foot)
- RER A: Val d’Europe station (10-minute walk)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We’re available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay.

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
